Avocado Cracker Dip

Great dip to serve with your favorite crackers.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 peeled tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 medium avocados; peeled and chopped

Steps

    Blend ingredients in order given and chill.

    Serve with crackers.
