It's Sunday morning, the sunlight is streaming, the fresh breeze is crisp, and your wife/husband/gf/bf/etc. is out on the terrace waiting for your chef skilled breakfast concoction. In the meantime, yes - you could serve some horrific black coffee out of a pot.... But you're a CLASSY type. So work your magic with the espresso maker and reach for that cocktail shaker.

Ingredients

  • Espresso/2 Fresh
  • Moscovado Sugar/2 Teaspoon
  • Ice cubes

Steps

  1. Chuck ice cubes into a Cocktail Shaker // Pour in two shots of fresh espresso (I suggest Intelligentsia Blackcat) // Add sugar // SHAKE IT!!...15 seconds // Strain out into a shallow red wine glass (just for flair and panache)
