Cheesy little appetizers or great to serve with a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter; melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup biscuit mix

Steps

    Blend all ingredients together.

    Spoon into mini muffin pans dividing dough into 24 tins so they are about 1/2 full.

    Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
