Half Whole Wheat Bread

**Bread Machine** This is a modified recipe that I use in the Sunbeam Bread-Making Machine. It makes a 2 pound loaf.

  • 12 oz + 1 1/2 Tablespoons Water; luke warm
  • 3 tbsp butter; softened
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 1/4 tbsp powdered milk
  • 2 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose white flour
  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

    Put ingredients in bread machine pan in above order.

    Use whole wheat setting, medium crust and 2 pound loaf.
