Buster Bar Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 lb pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
• 1/3 cup butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
• 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 1 1/2 cups peanuts

Steps

1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies and add melted butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan and freeze.
2. In saucepan put: powdered sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Boil for 8 minutes; remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool 1 hour.
3. Spread softened ice cream over frozen cookies. Sprinkle with peanuts, then freeze again. Last, pour the boiled topping over the top and freeze.
4. Lasts up to two weeks in the freezer.
