Fancy Mint Candies

This recipe makes about 4 dozen little candies.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (2 1/2–2 3/4)
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp flavoring of your choice
  • 2 drops food coloring of your choice (2–3)

Steps

    Mix flavoring and coloring with cream cheese.

    Add powdered sugar gradually.

  3. 3

    Mix and knead as for pie dough.

  4. 4

    Roll in balls the size of a marble and then in a small amount of sugar.

  5. 5

    Press into mold and turn to unmold on wax paper.
