  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cups soft bread crumbs/cubes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water

Steps

    Brown chops, place in casserole dish.

    Mix onion, bread crumbs, butter 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.

    Place on pork chops.

    Dilute cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over bread crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
